Reflection for Stress Management How to use quiet meditative reflection to reduce stress and stay grounded. Since meditative reflection is personal, we discuss various methods and tools that can be used (journaling, exercise, centering, etc) and let participants decide what will work for them. You will learn to self-assess stress levels, identify coping skills and develop a personalized plan to manage their stress.

Prosperity and Manifestation Learn to use Meditation, Visualization and Wellness Tapping to clear obstacles and increase prosperity in your life. Wellness tapping is an energy modality that taps into the body’s energy field to restore balance and neutralize emotional blocks. Meditation creates clarity, increase creativity and gives insight to blocks. Vision boards help translate ideas into pictures and words. Six week course is $150 and includes class materials.
